monster finally revealed his face and came forth to hunt us, we

The dark army has grown in power beyond our own; we cannot
stop them, but that won’t stop us trying. An organisation of
freedom fighters, the Order of the Phoenix, is making sure of
that fact. Founded and led by Albus Dumbledore, greatest wizard
to ever walk this Earth, we might have a chance, but only if the
power that the other side has stops growing to overtake our own.
The chance is slim, a small chance of survival, but we must be
positive, we must be strong, even though many of us suspect we
will not survive to see the new decade.
Until we gain more members or until we start winning over the
Death Eaters, we cannot afford a full confrontation without taking
too many fatalities. Even so, when we do get enough members
or manage to start winning this war, it will not change a thing.
It will not change that each and every one of us has someone
sitting at home, in a bar, on the street, in a shop, worrying about
us, hoping that we will come home alive. We’re lucky that we
have someone that cares so much about us during this war, during
this time when there is so much death going around it’s almost
like catching a cold.
So far we've been lucky.
